BMOC Inc., plays several roles in the student housing industry.Our primary role is managing private and/or Foundation owned student housing. We currently manage approximately 6,000 beds from the east coast to the midwest. We expect to add 2,000 more beds next year. In its consulting and residential student housing management capacity BMOC Inc., has done projects in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, Texas and California.
The BMOC Inc., leadership team, have at one time or another, been part of some of the most prestigious firms in the industry and realize that it is not the size of the firm it is the experience of the team that makes the difference. Today BMOC Inc., operates on the east coast and in the midwest. We have communities in five states. As of this past fall semester opening for 2011, we are managing 6000 beds.
For some residential communities we work with developers, investors, and designers to bring their projects to fruition. In other cases we have been asked to help existing communities reach their goals. In our most recent project, we are part of a joint venture with a university, its foundation and the private sector.
Another prominent role for BMOC Inc., is consulting. Among our clients we include Fortune 500 corporations and local developers in regional markets. All size communities need a professional team to achieve the goals of ownership. We do our best work in the background although one of our strengths is building positive relationships with the colleges and universities that provide our student residents.
