William J. Levy has over 30 years of experience in Student Housing. Bill has managed over 50,000 leases in one portfolio and has experience in student housing of over 175,000 beds. Bill started in this industry in 1979 at USF and have worked for Allen and O'Hara, College Park Communities and Campus Advantage. He has been at the executive level and/or partner in student housing firms for over 30 years. Bill started Senior Summer School, which is a firm that invites senior citizens to travel to colleges throughout the USA. Bill now owns BMOC Inc., which specializes in all types of student housing, from apartments, residence halls style, food service operations, student condo's, fraternity and sorority housing needs. Bill has done consulting to colleges and developers on student housing investments. Bill is also a national faculty member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Bill also has corporate experience in military and conventional apartments as well as commercial use of real estate. Leah has 14 years of multi-family housing experience with over a decade of student housing experience.  She has been a Regional Marketing and Leasing Specialist with a portfolio of 32 properties and over 10,000 beds at a 95% occupancy rate.  As a skilled marketing professional and social media manager, she understands graphics production, SEO and content marketing. Leah excels in Social Media advertising and can develop content strategy, brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales.  She displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Snapchat, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Leah also has web design experience and can build, host and manage your website.
 
With a degree in Marketing and in-depth experience, Leah has expertise in the areas of marketing, sales, leasing, leasing training, social media, digital marketing and results-driven online reputation management.  She can immediately access a property and determine an accelerated action plan.
 
Leah is Google AdWords and Analytics certified.
