Cissy Zhang began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young in Indianapolis, later moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City. She went on to work in the Affordable Housing Accounting Department at Hunt Capital Partners in New York City and later at Gymboree Corporation in San Francisco. Cissy holds an undergraduate degree with honors in accounting and management, with a concentration in finance, from Purdue University, West Lafayette, and an MBA from INSEAD, where she studied in France, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. Following her MBA, she joined Walmart as Merchandising Director, overseeing ladies' apparel in China, eventually becoming the Head of Merchandise Planning for Walmart China’s apparel business. In 2020, Cissy returned to the U.S. and founded her own business, selling private-label products on e-commerce websites while managing her brand's social media presence. Outside of work, Cissy is a dedicated mother and a student pilot who has already soloed. Her diverse background, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership skills make her a vital asset to BMOC and a future leader within the company.

Hailey Sobczak is an accomplished property management professional and Wisconsin Realtor with BMOC Inc., where she has built an impressive career from the ground up. Beginning her journey as a leasing agent, Hailey’s commitment and leadership quickly propelled her through roles as a property manager and then Area Manager. After several successful years overseeing multiple properties as an Area Manager, she is now BMOC Inc.'s Regional Director of Operations, where she now manages the full scope of property management operations for BMOC Inc. Hailey holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation and was honored as an IREM 30 Under 30 recipient, showcasing her commitment and exceptional contributions to the field. She is also an active member of the IREM Foundation Committee, where she works to further the industry and support its professionals. Based in central Wisconsin, Hailey frequently visits sites across the state, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining a hands-on approach to property management.

Josh joined BMOC Inc in October as the Director of Greek Residence Life in our Madison office; however, he has been a part of the BMOC team before as a head RA at our Tech Village property. Josh was born and raised in Gulfport Mississippi. After graduating high school, Josh moved to Appleton WI where he attended Fox Valley Technical College and attained a degree in Business Management. During this time, Josh gained hands-on experience as a head RA and gained valuable skills that laid the foundation down to have a successful career at BMOC Inc. When he's not immersed in the world of Greek housing, Josh enjoys creative pursuits like writing fantasy stories, weightlifting, gaming, and connecting with people.

Rachael recently joined the BMOC Inc team as the Digital Marketing Director in May 2024 after attaining her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She developed a passion for the real estate industry through past experiences working as a RA in one of our properties, The Element located in Whitewater WI, and through working with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group as an Office Administrator. These experiences not only provided valuable insight into the real estate industry but also strengthened her skills in graphic design, digital marketing and branding knowledge. Rachael is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to the amazing work happening with this team!

Originally from Poland, Veronika graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting before moving to the U.S. to advance her career. She gained valuable experience managing the accounting aspects of significant construction projects at Optros Property Solutions Corp and working at a CPA firm, where she honed her expertise in accounting software and procedures. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities have been key to her success. In 2024, Veronika joined BMOC Inc as a Senior Accountant, where she continues to pursue her passion for working with numbers.

Sarah has been with BMOC Inc since 2023 in many roles after previously working in real estate sales for 11 years and with non-profits. Sarah graduated from UWEC in 2006 with a double major in Political Science and History. She also holds a real estate broker's license. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, including her 2 teenagers and her black lab, Olive.

Chelsi Majerus enjoys the variety and resident connections as a Property Manager at Timberwolf Suites in Wausau, WI for over 2 ½ years, especially after following her previous stressful careers in insurance and wine/spirit sales. She received her ARM Certification in 2023 and is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator and relationship builder. Coming here from Colorado so she is not a fan of the long dreary winters here in WI but likes to spend time with family and friends while waiting for that sunshine to come back!

Jeff is an experienced property management professional with 10 years experience in the field. In additon to managing properties, Jeff is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Wisconsin, specializing in multi-unit properties and assisting both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, Jeff has a deep connection to the area and is passionate about the community.
