About Us
BMOC strives to be the best in the business but we certainly enjoy having fun along the way. Our goal is to make student, Greek, and conventional living the best it can be. By adding value, amenities, and efficiency-- our team is able to make the difference between an apartment and a community.

It's right in our name: the Best Management On/Off Campus
Our Story
BMOC began business in 1984 providing management services to Fraternity and Sorority communities at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Many of these organizations remain in the BMOC portfolio and new organizations are added annually.
