BMOC began business in 1984 providing management services to Fraternity and Sorority communities at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Many of these organizations remain in the BMOC portfolio and new organizations are added annually.

Community Asssistants(CAs)
In the BMOC management model, its Community Assistants (CAs) and supervisors work with the residents to develop a calendar of events to enhance the residential experience. If the institution wishes to take leadership of this aspect of student housing the staff is trained to support and augment that leadership. If not, the CAs have the resources to develop programming on their own. They have both written company materials and online references to programming materials as well as other tutorials on key issues that we have experienced in our work with student housing.
Marketing and Alumni
Alumni Newsletter: In an effort to go above and beyond, BMOC is planning to work with each chapter to create an alumni newsletter that will aid in the growth of relationships between active members and their chapter alumni. This newsletter will serve as a link between the active chapters, alumni, and each physical house. The newsletter will be a combination of current fraternity activities, house updates, events, and anything else that each alumni chair may see fit.
