The Towers & Stateside

The Outcome:

The results were a testament to our value-add expertise. The renovated Towers reopened with an astounding 100% occupancy and a waiting list, immediately becoming a top-tier asset. The Stateside also saw a significant boost in its performance and value. We successfully brought millions of dollars of value to the portfolio and set a new standard for student housing in Madison.

Uptown East (Valparaiso University)

The Outcome:

​Despite the opening delays, our proactive management and clear communication built trust with the community, allowing us to open the property at 100% occupancy. Our signature victory was securing two master leases with Valparaiso University for 227 beds over a 5-year period, a testament to the strong partnership we established. Since opening in 2009, we have consistently maintained 100% occupancy and increased rents by an average of 2-3% per year, turning a challenging start into a long-term, high-performing asset.

The Axis (University of Pennsylvannia & Drexel University)

The Outcome:

​Our data-driven strategy and targeted solutions delivered a landmark success. For the first time in its history, The Axis secured a master lease agreement with Drexel University, propelling the property to 100% occupancy. By strategically adapting our product to the market, we transformed an underperforming asset into a fully occupied, highly desirable community.
