¿Por qué BMOC?
A Place to Learn, Connect & Recharge
Just outside the Wisconsin Dells, BMOC owns a private 40-acre property surrounded by woods and nature. The property includes cabins and a dedicated classroom and training center, giving our team a place to step away from the day-to-day and focus on learning, collaboration and connection.
Throughout the year, BMOC employees use the property for everything from day-long training sessions and professional development to overnight and week-long team retreats. It gives our team the opportunity to work together in a different environment, strengthen relationships across departments and spend time focused on the skills and ideas that help us better serve our residents, owners and communities.
Whether we're gathered around a table for training, working through a team-building activity or simply enjoying time together away from the office, the property is an important part of the BMOC experience.
It's more than a training center. It's a place where our team can learn, recharge and grow together.
