An exciting new student living option for Moraine Park students is nearing completion.

Located within steps of UW-Fond Du Lac and Moraine Park, Vue Campus Student Living is a student apartment community serving the students of UW-FDL, Marian University, Moraine Park and other surrounding schools.

Vue Campus Student Living will be a 121-bed complex, featuring four bedroom, two bathroom apartment-style suites (with laundry in every apartment, as well as kitchen and living areas). Oh, and there will be a multi-purpose room, conference room and fitness center as well.

By living in Vue Campus, residents will have the opportunity to expand their social network by meeting new friends locally and around the globe. The campus-style living will provide a creative environment to help students succeed!

When will Vue Campus open?

Vue Campus is currently under construction. Watch the progress of here. Move-in day for Vue Campus is 8/21/2017. As we get closer to move-in day, stay tuned to Vue’s social media to get updates and open house dates.

Is this a dorm?

No, Vue Campus is not a dorm. Vue Campus will be privately managed and will offer the benefits of being ON campus but not living in a cramped dorm. There will be residence life activities each month that will vary from food related events to campus-oriented events. While you will have the support of a Resident Assistant on your floor, you will have the same freedom and enjoyment of a conventional apartment home.

Where is Vue Campus Apartment Community located?

Vue Campus Apartment Community is under construction and will be conveniently located on UW-Fond du Lac campus at 325 Campus Dr, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. It’s just across the road from Moraine Park Technical College’s “B” parking lot and building wings.

How much is rent?

What does my rent include at Vue Campus?

Apartments come fully furnished and include all major appliances and a large screen TV in the living room. The utilities included are Internet, Water, Trash Service and Heat.

Is parking included?

Yes, Vue Campus Apartment Community will have our own dedicated parking area that will be for residents only.

What is individual leasing and why is that important to me?

An individual lease is a “per bed” lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry whether they’re going to pay on time!

Can I request roommates?

Vue is more than happy to accommodate you if you have roommates you would prefer to live with. Don’t have roommates? No problem! They also provide roommate matching services! Click here to learn more about this process.
